 1500,00

Cellevat3d® nanofiber microcarriers – are engineered for stirred tank bioreactors and designed, based on nanofiber cellulose monofibers to support applications such as gene therapy, pluripotent stem cells (PSCs), organoid formation, HEK-based recombinant proteins and HEK-based vaccine production.

Cellevate3d® nanofiber microcarriers represent a new category of cell culture systems that are easy to implement in bioprocess solutions and specifically designed to improve viral vector manufacturing. The cellulose-based nanofibers are in average 500 nm in diameter and 75 µm in length, with a cationic surface charge to facilitate cell adhesion and growth. Compared to bead-based microcarriers, the nanofibers provide unmatched surface area for cell growth, enabling the formation of homogenous, three-dimensional spheroids with high cell viability and cell density, which is readily scalable in stirred tank bioreactor systems.

Manufactured under a quality system according to major parts of ISO 9001 and 21 CFR 820, under strict process controls guaranteeing consistent product performance, document and batch traceability. Every batch conforms to stringent quality control specifications. No animal derived material is used in raw materials or in the manufacture. For research use only.

Product Benefits

Up to 60 times larger surface area

Our Cellevat3d® nanofibers provide unmatched surface area for cells to grow compared to current solutions.

Easy to use and easy to scale

Cellevat3d® nanofiber-based cell culture systems are easy to implement into your processes and can be scaled from cell culture flasks all the way to large, stirred tank bioreactors.

More than 3 times higher viral vector yield

Through the formation of homogenous spheroids, Cellevat3d® nanofibers create a true three-dimensional cell culture environment. This generates significantly higher viable cell densities and viral vector yields in stirred tank bioreactors compared to current solutions.

More than 300 % increase in viral vector productivity and improved process economy

Cellevat3d® nanofibers enable improved cell culture product yield, faster processes, and very efficient scale-up, vastly improving overall process economy.

Cellevate3d® nanofiber microcarriers represent a novel cell culture system for anchorage-dependent HEK293T cells, designed for viral vector production in stirred tank bioreactor systems. Through the formation of homogenous three-dimensional (3D) spheroids, Cellevate3d® nanofibers enable cultures with high cell viability and viable cell density, supporting enhanced transfection efficiency and volumetric productivity.

Application data demonstrates reproducible cell cultures, successful scale-up in 10 L stirred tank single-use bioreactors, and a 3.1-fold increase in AAV9 vector titer compared to standard microcarriers. These results high-light the potential of Cellevate3d® nanofiber cell culture systems in gene therapy applications.
